Job Description

We are looking for Certified Healthcare Aides to join our company.
We are looking for people who are responsible, compassionate, caring, and hard working. Applicants must be time-oriented and possess excellent time management skills. Have the ability to take direction and complete delegating tasks.
Must work well with others but be able to effectively work alone as well.
Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in a related field.
Candidates will be required to provide the following records prior to application and must be responsible for costs incurred.

• Vulnerable sector check(within the last six months)

• Adult/Child Abuse check(within the last six months)

• Criminal record check(within the last six months)

• CPR/First Aid

• Certificate from recognized school for Health Care Aid

• PHIA

Duties 
- Assist with daily living skills such as bathing, skin /hair /care, mouth care ,toileting as well as feeding, and ambulation and positioning.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to report changes in resident emotional/mental and physical changes
- Must be trained and knowledgeable or have prior experience using various types of lifts.
- Provide proper catheter care
- Basic cleaning skills, bed making, room tidy
